1. Introduction

Corner3, Inc. dba Strella ("Company," “Strella”, "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of each individual accessing or using the Strella platform as a participant ("you" or "Participant").  This Privacy Policy is a part of, and incorporated in, the Strella Participant Terms of Service (“Terms”) and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data and other data in connection with your participation in research activities through the Strella platform. Terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms.

Strella provides the Services on behalf of its customers (each, a “Customer”). When collecting, using, disclosing and otherwise processing Participants’ personal data in connection with the Services, the Customer is the data controller that determines the purposes and manner in which such personal data is processed and Strella is the data processor that processes the personal data on the Customer’s behalf.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for and use the Services, we may collect personal data (i.e., data that identifies you and/or other individuals, directly or indirectly) and other data included within the Content, including without limitation, your name, email address, age, gender, other demographic details and Recordings, which as noted in the Terms, may include video or photographic recordings of your face, audio recordings of your voice, recordings of your screen, text inputs, recordings of interactions with your device, and recordings of interactions with your surroundings.

1. Use of Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Services: Provide Services (as further detailed in the Terms) on behalf of our Customers.
• Conduct Research: Facilitate your participation in studies and analyze the data collected.
• Share Insights: Insights / quotes you provide may be included as part of a highlight reel and used for our Customers research purposes. These reels are controlled through shareable links, which contain long, unique identifiers. While these links do not require a login, they can only be accessed by our Customers who have access to the direct link. We do not make research videos or highlight reels publicly available under any circumstances, and these links are not indexed or searchable online.
• Communicate with You: Send notifications about research opportunities, updates, and other relevant information.
• Business Operations: Conduct our internal business operations, quality assurance, product development and training activities.
• Security Incidents, Fraud, Malicious Activities: Detect and prevent security threats, fraud or other criminal or malicious activities related to the Strella platform, the Services or otherwise relating to our business.
• Our Legal Rights and Obligations: Exercise or defend our legal rights, or comply with subpoenas, court orders, legal process or applicable laws and regulations.

• Customers: We share your data with our Customers as part of our provision of Services to such Customers.
